Trampoline Systems is a start-up company that develops online social collaboration software for email and resource management. At the inception of the company’s commercial life, the interface for the main product, Collaboration Suite, needed to be designed and developed.
The application was a powerful and far-reaching system that enabled companies to create groups for collaboration and discussion, add users with varying degrees of privileges and share information. It was the development ground for the Sonar Suite.
The work spanned over two years and involved on-site collaboration with the engineers. Over the months we planned task flows, tested designs and developed new areas of functionality. One of these, the Resource Bank, proved popular with our clients. As one user said “It’s so intuitive, it doesn’t require a manual”.
Amongst our clients we counted REEEP, DEFRA, the Foreign Office and Channel 4.
